i completely agree with you in that Phoebe was a completely different character in season 3. she was almost unrecognizable honestly from the previous two seasons. in the first two seasons, she had such a good character development and growth which was shown greatly. this season imo, felt like she was regressing and losing that growth, especially during the cole situation (i love him though).Unrelated, but Phoebe was so pretty in season 2.
